There are some ICO who were successful on their crowd sale. One of them is Solana, which value is 3x from the ICO price today.

It's true that not most of the ICO where successful and it's very hard to find one who can possibly not being a scam after the ICO. Investors lose trust in ICO and having IEO is a game-changer in terms of crypto investment knowing that it is safer because of the token listing in exchange after the token sale.

Anyways, We can't really trust the ICO ranking site in my own opinion knowing that some of it is paid to be listed there.
