You already got your answer above - scams are not moderated. Not that banning would prevent them from creating a new account anyway and you would still get scammed if you don't do any due diligence.

yes but if they get banned i more hard to scam right? because they need to make new accounts and people won't trust to make a deal with new accounts so easy but if they don't get banned the accounts getting old, they get lot of messages from posting here and people will trust only when they see their profiles.

Yes there is a connection in those accounts by name, he contacted me in private first with one account and in my threat with other account. i contacted the user from dm on telegram and i contacted the user that responded me in my threat via email and both have same name on telegram and on email. so not even having 2 accounts here trying to scam other people isn't a reason for a ban?
