The team is lacking some sort of promotions here. And browsing their website, you can't see anything that will catch your eye. So I don't know what's the long term of the team here, if they have one? And so far, how many users are active in using your platform? The FAQ/Q&A is also empty. The dev should fill up that section with important info related on this project.
