You have processed my smaller 50+ transactions, and you ask for KYC when I deposited a bigger amount.

Honest and legit exchangers would just refund the coins of the customer if the customer is not willing to send private documents like id/passport, address, etc.
Fox.exchange is a scam, and decided to keep my coins.
