Doesn't depend on member rank, actually. I'd rather trust a research and my personal thoughts on the project and its future/value instead of paying more attention to OP rank. But I have to admit it will make me more interested in looking closer at the project announced by legendary member than newbie one.

Well, most of the people and investors are not like you - they value the fact that someone has some sort of rank/credit behind his name.
Referring to op - I'd say multiple legendary/hero members would make a difference, only one - no
