I at least try to have 8 hours sleep a day but of course with many obligations in life i only get 5-6 hours also but enough since i am not that young anymore.

So in order to avoid having headaches and stress I need enough sleep during night time.

seems like everyone looking for 8 hours sleep?lol but when we are aging this cannot be attain anymore because our bodyclock always buzzing us wake.
