I believe that you will be found if you do this. On many websites, the ID verification system is becoming very sophisticated, even going so far as to ask you to scan your face using software that is very well designed for this task. My advice, don't edit your ID, if you don't want to do KYC, then don't sign up on the sites that ask to do KYC

you are assuming that they do not verify these documents, but you cannot take the risk of handing over Fake ID just because you believe and trust some assumption. Another point, if you are not satisfied with giving out your ID then do not use sites that ask to do KYC

Yep kinda shady as it is and it is kinda getting bumped which is kinda unusual for some threads like this.
This thread should be locked soon though, because it might encourage or promote the creation of these kinds of fake leading to scams.
