Interesting. I've heard of "Early Investor" games, but that's what they are; games and in essence, gambling. I don't object to people being upfront about what they're offering, but if you want to refer to that as a Ponzi, I won't argue semantics. I've learned that the term "Ponzi" has been over used and misused frequently. I've even heard people referring to pyramid marketing schemes as Ponzis, which is incorrect. Technically if the game functions like a Ponzi, and that information is disclosed and transparent, it's not a Ponzi.
