Anxiety, uncertainty and mental health is real problem these days. It is your right to be entertained and sane, just be in control and always check yourself if you are already showing symptoms of addiction. Always ask for professional help.

All those bad feelings come from the fact that you are loosing money and you have the feeling that you need to get them back as soon as possible.
