As far as I see and know, small, new, but cheap cars are used in car-sharing. You spend, lets say $20k, on first car, plus maybe few more thousand on insurance and taxi licence (if needed in Bulgaria). Where else you plan to spend $+75k ? App development ?

And you do understand that there is no use starting business with just 1 car. Softcap $100k and hardcap is $10kk. Is this a joke? Even if you 3 buy yourself lambos, hire staff and develop app, you still have $9,000,000 to spend on cars Grin

It is like 450 Kia CeeD hatchback. You know, cities size of Moscow have about 500 cars running in car-sharing services, but their population is almost 2 times more than whole Bulgaria Roll Eyes

We'll review our roadmap and make some changes due to covid-19 our date is not exactly. We want to buy Tesla model 3 performance [50k$] as first car and start to develop our service [application/marketing/legal regulation e.t.c]. Yes we were analyse car-sharing company in Moscow. But we don't wanna use normal car like Kia CeeD, we gonna make e-cars infrastructure and buy about 200 Tesla Model 3 standard range plus for doing our business that's why hard cap is 10M$.
