Why are hardware wallets apps ratings so bad on Google Play? I have read some of the comments and they seem logical because of unresolved problems, but why don't you do these famous wallets solve them?

I want to buy some hardware wallets, but these ratings make me think again.
Does anyone know what the reasons are for this?

1. How to solve? Add fake ratings? Is that the best solution?
2. The Google play ratings worth nothing. One late example is the apps used by teachers for online courses getting bad reviews from the kids for the sole purpose to avoid making the classes. Gmail addresses are for free, remember?
3. Although Ledger and Trezor wallets are good, at least the Ledger application... has some room for improvement (I don't know about Trezor). But that's not a problem since there are enough good established wallets that work fine with both Trezor and Ledger haerware.
