I know it is to attract people to come but using words that is not as the reality is not good imho.
You are right, often people are deceived by words and of course it hurts. But what is the problem if we can judge which is good and which is not good. I am sure people can also provide feedback as a rating for a site, so if we dont like it then leave it or ignore it.
$50 for the registration bonus I think will be a pretty good amount considering we can use it as initial capital to bet just by registering. I have never gotten a site to offer a registration bonus of this magnitude. But actually this bonus will be obtained as a deposit bonus and in fact this is a reverse reality.
And on top of that you'll have huge wagering requirements so it's a trap.
It is not really a "trap" perse, it is still a promotion and you could still get it. However it could have been worded much better I will agree with you guys on that. Normally if they worded this correctly, with "get upto 50 dollars on deposit bonus" that would be enough, you do not have to talk about the requirements because no other casino does that neither, its gamblers duty to check what the requirements are. After all have you seen any place that marketed it "get upto 50 bucks on your deposit with some requirements of rollovers before you can withdraw"? Nobody does that at all, it is just deposit bonus and everyone knows it.
However saying it is a sign up bonus is not really a great wording of it, definitely does hurt the image a bit but I am sure it wasn't intentional.
