Firstly, no one should believe what the OP said because the exchange in the subject have promised 100x, 30x before on different of shit token and the ROI/whales accumulation was the same strategy they used ambush investors while they enrich their pocket. Besides, this YouTube video explain it all.

Traders should not believe on what someone is saying about pump or anything.
Usually that's their technique to lure gullible traders to jump on the project.
And with the reputation of the exchange, you have to be very extra careful when it comes to pump and dump schemes.
If you are a trader, you should know by now how to treat this kind of tactic.

l agree with your opinion, it is just hard to believe somebody in this world. That is why you don't know what is his purpose of saying that and as you said everybody has its own goal like they lure traders, members to enter the project. Instead of OP, we can make own research about that and in the end, we can decide. without the prediction of anyone.
