Token Rate: 333 PCTO = 1 ETH which means each token is nearly $0.7 each ^{(at the current market rates)}. Isn't that a bit high for a startup project?

Aside from that, this is not a good timing to run ICO. Also, ICOs are mostly ignored nowadays because this was the breeding ground of most scammers. And a lot of projects are being trashed because they couldn't raise enough funds. So what will they do if they can't raise their targets? Are they still going to push thru their developments? Because if they are dependent on whatever they can collect via ICO, I don't think this will gonna go thru.
