If one country does that, I wonder how that country can survive from the virus? The economy of that country will be in trouble, and their citizen will demonstrate because they can not go out to search for their daily needs. We can prevent the virus if we can take care of our health, we obey what our government suggest to us, and we always make our hands clean after we touch everything. If the governments are trying to open the market, then they need to have a strict rule for everyone so people can prevent the virus.
The best to combat this virus is the availability of vaccine. However, this is not possible for the next coming months so what we can do is follow at least the protocol of social distancing, use of face mask, personal hygiene and others that may lessen the possibility of infection. For now, countries need to open slowly even without this vaccine as prolonged lockdown can really hurt the economy as well as starvation of its constituents.
But we don't know when the vaccine will be available and distribute to all country which get the effect of the virus. But we can prevent the virus by having good health, and we always remind ourselves and other people to follow what the government suggest to us. The process to open slowly the lockdown is on the way and many countries preparing everything so people can live with a new normal.
