waiting for the best time to invest is hard and they can rarely occur  . you should not waste time and start to appreciate some little oppurtunities  . you said price isnt that high but isnt also the lowest which means price are on median level only  . thats  still okay to invest at that price point but you must also know that every coins have a different set of price . some are not on median but they are on the dump phase while other are still on pump but no doubt about top coins .
