The snapshot will take place at some point between end of October to the end of November 2020. Opt-in is around the same time.

According to the road-map Symbol launch is taking place on November 30th 2020.

Okey... there is a common understanding in among the economists that a "small" inflation is a good thing. But still I suspect that the inflation should be hard coded to the system.
