I think the best way to boost the Block card usage is to include the populated countries on their campaign, Well block card can be used anywhere soon.

That would part of their plan, to expand the usage to blockcard to others countries as well. As of now it is on their initial phase of operation but as the projects progress i think they will be expanding little by little. It is stated that they are targeting 31 countries.

I'm waiting for the update about country restriction information usage of the block card, since there will be 31 countries on the list.
