What you mean by insane profit? Can you specify how much profit it is? Not all can suggest a sure project to you that will be highly valuated in the future. But you can always pick those top coin in the market like ethereum, ripple, neo, litecoin and those that are listed on the top 10. If you want while holding it for a long time you can pick those projects that are into staking so you can earn while holding those coin/tokens. Better bag some ethereum coin while their PoS is not yet active Im sure this will become big or possibly will pump few years from now.

Top coins can't make insane returns, they can but if you invest insane amounts of money in them, and when price goes only x5, which can happen easily for many coins, for ethereum that would be recovery of previous ath, for bitcoin it will be new ath. Anyway you got the point, insane investment can make insanely high returns.
But who can afford to invest millions? Not many, so I believe this topic is about some undervalued coins, mainly those under a dollar, or even lower. Coins that you can buy now for cents, and todays 100 dollars in one of those coins can bring insanely profits when that coin reach 5 or 10 dollars. Nobody can point finger in any project, I believe in some low valued coins, but it's my thing, its easy to go through coin market list and research some projects with low price, and who knows what can happen if you pick few of them and invest 500 dollars in each of them.
