Being a sister site of dedicated dice site cannot be a reason because stake is the sister concern of primedice and stake is as well having dicing. Just I notifying and nothing more could be done when you approach things based on your own priorities.

But I guess going for both will be more effective in some sense. I agree twitter is more powerful in terms of marketing promotions compared to telegram still covering both will get more audience across all social media. Contents could be same which means there would be no added hassles if they opt to go all the social media at once.
