If this is a LTC fork and is a scryptcoin there is a possibility that a big miner or a pool could slow down this coin after the he mined it for a few moments. Diff retarget is a big topic
If nearly nobody is mining then it is easy to do a 51% attack.
A coin is only worth something if its network is stable.

Nobody will mine this coin it does not worth. Tx fees are mined only there is no block reward.

So the coin is crap because there is no network for protecting this.
