Not sure that you are aware or not. NENG has randomSpike that restrict big ASICs. Low diff or not, NENG is tough for big ASICs machine on mining. NENG Miners are diversified, some CPU miners, some ASIC USB stick solo miners, some pod miners on ASIC solo mode, and some small or big ASIC rigs in mining pools, also I expect quite some GPU miners whenever there is reset on base difficulty once a week.

For new exchange listing beyond shorelinecrypto, not any plan as far I am aware. This is open source decentralized coin and usually big exchange asking for a listing price that is higher than the total market cap of NENG. In other word, you can hand over the whole NENG coin to a big exchange and have exchange owning 100% of coin, but this is not enough money for the listing fee. The fees are barriers.

For trading, there is exchange already, not issue here. Any one can sign up with just an email, buy and sell NENG and withdraw coins with no restrictions.
