We clearly do not condone underage gambling, but along with the ethereum network and cryptocurrency in general I am a firm believer in personal liberty to choose what you want to do as long as it does not affect others. It is up to the user to know if they comply with the laws regarding their local/state/federal governments. I believe that the warning on the first page can not do, but it is very small! You must understand your responsibility!
