You are referring to stablecoin but from the looks of it, looks like they do not want to create another stablecoin but instead a new kind of token. Take a look at their goal mentioned above:

They should provide at least their website first and where is their awesome team that he is talking? They can't run any type of sale without providing the vital links for their project. I don't think people will just blindly send their money for a project these days.

I see and you're right, people should stay away from his project since the first attitude displayed by this account is very bad, i.e. stealing other people's content. Save the money and stop make charity to the scam poject, and also I think only fools can be fooled so easily with words.
