I think its one of the way from the government to prevent gambling addiction, which is a good way in my opinion, but I kind of agree with the statment that stated "system can be violated in many ways", so to stop the gambling addiction, the gamblers need to be aware of himself, sonI think the rules can help decrease the problem but it wont help too much, in crypto gambling, all gamblers are anonymous
It won't really prevent every gambler to be addicted, because if you really want something, you will find ways to do it even if it means violating the rules. It's the responsibility of all gamblers to take care of their mental health and financial status once they start gambling and this rule won't guarantee that they won't get addicted to gambling.

But I think implementing this will still contribute even a little for the safety of gamblers even though others may disagree with this rule. For gamblers using cryptocurrency to gamble, it will be hard for the authorities to monitor the amount of money they are spending on gambling because they can't control crypto.
