It won't really prevent every gambler to be addicted, because if you really want something, you will find ways to do it even if it means violating the rules. It's the responsibility of all gamblers to take care of their mental health and financial status once they start gambling and this rule won't guarantee that they won't get addicted to gambling.

But I think implementing this will still contribute even a little for the safety of gamblers even though others may disagree with this rule. For gamblers using cryptocurrency to gamble, it will be hard for the authorities to monitor the amount of money they are spending on gambling because they can't control crypto.

Best prevention for gambling addiction is not to gamble at all, even if there is a limit, gamblers who are addicted will always find a way to gamble because the word addicted itself means they will be looking to gamble every time. It's like you are in love and you are wanting to see the person you loved the most, that's the same feeling gamblers will feel in gambling, the only difference is that gambling addiction could ruin your life and even the life of people around you.
