Thanks for kind words, but this was the only way to get the real market value in today's world. I know there has been lot of interest in these suites as I have been getting lot of messages for these but due to the lack of any recent auctions/sales there wasn't enough data to put a value on these. The past few sales that I quoted in the post are the only ones I could find and they went for pretty high value in BTC.

P.S - I have added the option for payment in Fiat just incase anyone is interested, but this option will be available for seasoned members with strong trust and history on the forum or if we have worked together in the past.
