Exactly the waiting part is something which is there in the manual, but hey, nobody here is trying to scold you, or at least speaking for myself, I am trying to teach you, but don't be surprised if people criticize you for asking such a question, and by the way, just for your information if you have all 3 pools entered wrong, waiting forever won't fix it but if you have at least 1 correct pool entry the gear will work and it will show dead next to the pools that failed to connect.

Connecting to Cksolo is by far the easiest, most other pools required you sign up and create an account, that account goes into the worker name (instead of the wallet address in Cksolo), so you need to copy-paste those and ALWAYS make sure you have no leading or trailing spaces because a single space along the line makes everything invalid.
