Which exchange are you referring, can you share some more information? $3 million at the of DeepOnion ATH which mean BTC was maximum $17000 (I'm sure it was low). According to that the listing price was ~175 BTC. There are more exchanges other than Binance which can be referred as tier-1. However, exchange listing doesn't matter that much. We had Kucoin but being delisted from Kucoin was the worst which DEV team could hold on by introducing some trading competition etc etc.
And you said project is planning long term, any sign of that?

Agree here, team should have come up with new roadmap to make some good progress of the project, of course the roadmap must be fulfilled on time.
