absolutely not, the T17 and T17+ use a completely different control board, since the recovery firmware is MP_test which you later need to flash to the appropriate firmware I think that

S17e,T17e,S17+, and T17+ > could use the same files.

You are totally correct, T17 and T17+ are different files.

Also, I think T17 are different from S17 and S17 Pro, but I am not sure about this either.

What I am almost sure of is that S/T17e are different than S/T17+ in files but they do actually use same control board:
