Yep, silly indeed. But it happens only if it's negative for 2 months, afaik.
Of course, at the time I was writing I've already exchanged a small amount into EUR to get back to positive. I don't want to risk only for the heck of it.

I had such a "feature" too at some point, for 1-2 months. And when they noticed, they've subtracted all their money.
As a warning, I've also had some months when the fee was subtracted, just not written.
With so many bugs, they make all of us feel "special" from time to time Grin
