Anyone that followed that scam thread knows:

A) The scammer did not "willingly refund". He returned the money after his identity was exposed by Augusto Croppo, Avenger and a few others.
B) You did not pay the reward that you voluntarily offered. That makes you a liar. That is a fact. You need to accept that.

OT, but If that is correct you can petition to get accounts branded as a scammer by opening a scam accusation thread on the 'meta' board IIRC. Not paying out a bounty as promised can justify to get accounts branded deping on the wording and the outcomes of the contract. If some blatantly renegades on a bounty promise, then that's scamming. Although it shouldn't be discussed in this thread and should only be discussed in the approiate thread.
