These will be hacked accounts. Don't buy cheap things like this because not only are you promoting theft you'll likely lose the account once the user realizes someone else is using it and that will pretty fast because it will start showing things they haven't watched before. Netflix really needs to implement some sort of two factor to stop this are their accounts being hacked is extremely uncommon.
