Don't conclude that it's scam even before support responds to you. It could have just been a technical glitch. Support seems to be slow on weekends and unfortunately the one person who could quickly help get your issue resolved seems to also be offline on weekends, however, I would encourage you to PM them anyway: Cloudbet so that they can resolve you issue as soon as they see your message.

The problem is solved now, they had some delay issues whatever. I only can say this site was better before. And yeah they need to have faster support and live chat.
