We do not fix exchange rates and never did, due to the variability of cryptocurrencies, where the rate of any currency can fluctuate every minute. This is why the final rate may be slightly higher or lower than expected at the end of the transaction. The introduction of fixed rates will require us to cover market risks due to the volatility of currencies, which will result in an increase in our commission. Instead, it charges a rather low commission (0.5%) and offers the best available rate at the time the transaction is completed.
