I dont know if this one is updated but it do shows some merchants that do accept Bitcoin and other types of ALTS into their service.

Overall, im not really that a fan of spending my coins just to avail these services or buying up some stuff yet i can still make use fiat for that
and do intend to save up my coins for longer runs but well this is just a preference.
