in current market conditions, it is indeed awry in holding coins for a long time, but if you hold ETH you better be patient for a while until the crypto market returns to normal.

ETH has a very strong roadmap for long term development and the holders must hold it for the long term portfolios and they must be patience as the development needs a lot of research and it's not like a magic when you can do everything just in a night. Ethereum is a very suitable coin for long term.
