what do you mean by hate? if a person on the other side of the world you never met smoke you already hate him?

Person who is not only getting affected while smoking, it also affect the nearby person who inhale the smoke particles which almost 30 to 40% harmful as smoking on our own that is the reason man people hate smokers if they are nearby, and many countries have laws against if you do this on public place.
