Happens all the time with different gambling platforms. It's probably because gambling is banned in Cyprus and the Countries listed there. This helps them avoid getting in trouble with Law enforcement authorities, so if anyone from Cyprus uses their website to gamble, they will be doing it at their own risk.

If gambling is banned in Cyprus then how it is allowed to open an online casino in Cyprus ? The risk for having an online gambling site where the gambling is illegal is much bigger then the players playing at the site.
