At first I also thought like you that every new user who makes the first deposit will get a 25% bonus that is accumulated directly on the balance. But the minimum betting requirement imposed by the site to be able to open a bonus are effort to prevent user from registering an account and make a first deposit and withdraw all their balances without making a bet. Of course this will be detrimental to the site, but because the user must make bet, the bonus will be received after the user reaches the betting limit as a requirement.
