As we all knows we need activity and merits for level up, I was inactive from very long time , i never notice about merit things before maybe anyone can tell me what is easy way to get it.

Why forum rank and merits are so important to you now?
You've been on the forum for a long time (more than 3 years) and obviously it didn't matter to you before.
What has changed in the meantime?
You have no restrictions on writing on the forum as before.

I just asked simple question.
As member you have the same rights as any other member in the forum, doesn't matter if legendary, Hero or newbies.
You can join any forum discussion here, there is no limits to you where and how much you can write.

but still with higher rank people will belive you

Trust and respect on the forum doesn't depend solely on the forum rank but also on your experience, knowledge, quality of posts etc.
So, if you wants higher forum rank write good and constructive posts, contribute to the forum and you will achieve your goal.
