Thanks Casineos, everything already solved although there are some process needed to be done manually. Appreciate your help and of course thanks for the additional free XRP. I did not expect to get it but you are generous enough to give me some XRP (the same amount as my balance). You have nice customer support who want to help users kindly, what need to improve is about the speed (hopefully because it is weekend so the customer support a bit slow in responding).
