Now it seems that IEO is getting more interesting because any IEO project is guaranteed liquidity if it is a potential project.

Those were ICOs in 2017, and in 2017 there were many successful ICOs. I have also been successful with many ICOs and it gives me a lot of profits. But until now those projects have died or become scams in this market, it's too risky for us to invest in new projects.
