Blockchain.info is stuck for sure... The problem is that most sites must be feeding from it, since no transactions appear anywhere. Currently transferring from Poloniex to CryptoRush and nothing (after 7 confirmations checked on Blockr.io) any idea on why is this happening?

Blockchain.info provides an API for sites to use when handling Bitcoin transactions. Many sites use it, as it's far simpler to set up than monitoring a local bitcoind. Problem is that if Blockchain.info stops functioning properly, so do the sites that rely on it.
