There have been many projects like this in the past and their strategy was initially very impressive and attracted many investors to participate but after the sale was completed, the project disappeared very quickly. That is why I am afraid to invest in ICO projects because there is always a risk when investing. Now IEO is becoming a more upgraded version and can guarantee you liquidity if that project is IEO at big exchanges.

Some of them that were caught just go on with their lives like there is no consequences to their scam actions. The only satisfying news I heard was that of the ONE coins scammer/promoter who was killed. Two of them were murdered in Mexico which is something that shold really behappening to these guys because they have destroyed lives of the investors and so should thier lives as well.

Exchanges who are involve in doing IEO scam should also be penalized. P2pB2b actually were caught with fake team but stil ceast to operate.
