this is goofy .your issue is bank related but it took you long enough to find a place and now you find this forum but all talks here are only crypto not non related to crypto like local banks.

 they give remarks according to your account so maybe you did an illegal thing  and its been a year without response , your still hoping ? you learned your lessoned , next time dont trust banks because banks are not convenient .
