I'm thinking of wiping all software, reinstalling from scratch, changing all passwords, and changing the email address of any services that use the same email address. That's probably going to be difficult without having access to the email address, and regaining email access might take a while too.

I'd install a linux distribution instead of windows or mac too unless you specifically need these OS. They are pretty good lately.
