Many people still going to unknown exchange where we know the risk is so high and just cried out here once issue came and maybe best for us if we are capital conscious person over our trade best is to go always on top tier exchange where reputation already tested and they will not take down their users easily.
Probit isn't really an unknown exchange. Well, may be not as popular as Binance but certainly we can't classify it as unknown. An exchange that has 400 active markets with 5,535 BTC trading fund isn't a noob in the industry. These lapses from support teams happen with virtually all the exchanges. You may be lucky to get your ticket picked with a few minutes but that doesn't mean it's well and rosy all the time. There are bad days for everyone/companies too.
