To get successful promotion, casinos have to do multiple promotions at the same time, and it is best if they can run it for a long time.
A single promotion does not bring good net effects on their traffic, new users, and income. They need to run one promotion together with others, new games, contests, giveaways, many in the same period or one continues after each other. Nevertheless, the way requires big promotion fund and is a challenge for a new casino. I agree community manager would be more actively and give updates or replies to community questions.
I ran through many casinos here, posted some promotions, did a job for the community managers who lead the topics of various casinos on this forum. And I can say that many people do not cover various promotions at all, and those that are active on the forum are additional advertising. And they ignore this action. The casino website has information, but not here. What are these managers doing? Why don't they pay attention to it?
