This is what I do face on most crypto services which are in my understanding not run by professional team but individual people like you and myself. So, they even do not know how to enable alters when some one raise a ticket for an issue. Only when we contact them in other means, they will come to know about them. (I have seen people who never find how many PMs in this forum they are having unread until someone notify them about it Roll Eyes

Yeah, this is what another primary reason, we must consider. Because, most people are now into work from home and they may not be fully focused on all usual routines due to different work environment.
